About the Role
A contracting company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is hiring an HR Operations Specialist for a full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for a Saudi national with more than 4 years of HR experience who has full knowledge of Ministry of Human Resources laws and hands-on experience with government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, and Muqeem in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update employee data accurately and securely
• Follow up on HR operations through government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, and Muqeem
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations
• Maintain full knowledge of Ministry of Human Resources laws and updates
• Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with government offices and manage official documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
• Ensure timely processing of payroll, benefits, and leave management
• Monitor and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Provide support on employee inquiries and HR-related matters
Requirements & Qualifications
• Saudi nationals only
• Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related specialization
• More than 4 years of experience in human resources
• Full knowledge of Ministry of Human Resources laws
• Experience in managing daily HR operations and government platforms
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Muqeem, and other platforms
• Ready to start immediately and not currently employed
• Strong organizational and compliance skills Work Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
