This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who wants to manage recruitment, employee records, performance management, and ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law in a professional environment. Exalt is a company in Kuwait offering professional services. We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team and manage human resources operations in line with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Coordinate performance management, KPI tracking, and appraisal processes
• Support employee training, engagement, and development
• Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies
• Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law is required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
• Fluent in English is required
• Arabic is a plus Job Details:
