About the Role
UAPCO is hiring an HR Officer - Payroll in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who can manage end-to-end payroll processing, support HR operations, and maintain accurate employee records. The selected candidate will work closely with finance and HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely salary transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies
• Handle salary calculations, deductions, and benefits
• Prepare payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with accounts for salary transfers
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in audits and general HR administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll or HR role
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and MS Excel
• Familiar with Kuwait labor law
• Good communication and organizational skills Preferred:
• Experience in ERP/HRMS systems
