Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR operations and recruitment activities
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle recruitment processes and candidate onboarding
• Assist in preparing job postings and advertisements
• Support HR managers with administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information
• Coordinate with departments on staffing needs
• Support employee relations and internal communications
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
• Knowledge in recruitment processes and HR administration
• MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Transferable residency is required
• Previous experience in HR or administrative support is preferred
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee documentation
• Ability to coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Strong communication and organizational skills
