Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations and administrative affairs efficiently
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures
• Handle employee inquiries and grievances professionally
• Support training and development programs for staff
• Coordinate with management on HR policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
Requirements & Qualifications
• Female only
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administration
• Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with HR operations and administrative affairs
• Ability to manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
