📍 Location: Al Rai - Shuwaikh Industrial

Salary
300 – 350 KD (Based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities: ✅ Monitor and manage daily employee attendance using the MenaTech system ✅ Process and validate sick leaves, official leaves, and other absences ✅ Follow up with departments on missing punches or irregular attendance ✅ Maintain accurate records of leave balances and time logs ✅ Generate periodic reports on attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism ✅ Support payroll with verified time data for monthly processing ✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies and Kuwaiti labor laws ✅ Assist during internal and external audits related to attendance

Requirements & Qualifications

🔹 Diploma in HR or Business Administration is a plus
🔹 Prior experience in timekeeping or HR support role
🔹 Proficient in MenaTech time & attendance system
🔹 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
🔹 Good communication and follow-up skills
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
🔹 Ability to maintain confidentiality
