About the Role
Position: Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Specialist,
Salary
1000 KD,Nationality: Indian (HIRING FROM INDIA),Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and support Oracle HRMS modules: Core HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB, SSHR, Recruitment.
• Analyze business requirements and configure HRMS modules accordingly.
• Develop RICE components using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Create/modify Fast Formulas, workflows, and personalizations.
• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Prepare documentation and technical specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Oracle HRMS techno-functional roles.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Oracle development tools.
