We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead our Ash Shiwaymiyyah Mining operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mining operations and ensure operational excellence
• Develop and implement strategic plans for mining projects
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for operational activities
• Ensure compliance with mining regulations and safety standards
• Lead and develop the operations team
• Drive efficiency and productivity improvements
• Support sustainable mining practices and environmental compliance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mining operations management is required
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills are required
• Strong knowledge of mining sector regulations and safety standards is required
• Experience managing large-scale mining projects is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive operational excellence and efficiency
