Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in school administration or student supervision is required
• Experience in an American curriculum school is preferred
• Bilingual skills are preferred
• Transferable residency and currently residing in Kuwait is required
• MOE approval is preferred
• Strong leadership and student management skills
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to maintain discipline and ensure student safety Work Location: Kuwait
