Position: Fresh Food Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fresh food departments including produce, meat, seafood, and bakery
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering for perishable goods
• Lead and develop the fresh food team
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement
• Minimize waste and maximize product freshness and quality
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, food science, or a related field is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fresh food management or retail operations is required
• Strong knowledge of fresh food handling, storage, and safety standards
• Experience with inventory management and stock control for perishable goods
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of procurement and supplier management
• Ability to maintain quality standards and minimize waste
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
