Rose Catering Company in Kuwait is hiring a Food Cost Controller and Junior Accountant for a full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting or F and B professional who can monitor food costs, manage inventory, and support basic accounting tasks for a catering business in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control food cost across all branches
• Analyze inventory, wastage, and cost variance
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits
• Prepare food cost reports and suggest improvements
• Assist in basic accounting tasks including entries, invoices, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams
• Support payroll preparation and staff cost tracking

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in F and B or accounting
• Strong knowledge of food cost control processes
• Excellent Excel skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Local hiring from inside Kuwait only with valid transferable residency Preferred:
