This opportunity is ideal for an experienced fleet supervisor who can manage vehicle fleets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure efficient logistics operations in Kuwait. About the Role: One of the leading Engineering/Oil & Gas/wastewater treatment companies in Kuwait is looking for Fleet Supervisors to manage fleet operations, supervise drivers, and ensure efficient vehicle utilization and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate fleet activities, drivers, and vehicle operations
• Manage vehicle scheduling, route planning, and dispatch coordination
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and repair coordination
• Manage fuel consumption and optimize fleet efficiency
• Maintain fleet records, documentation, and compliance reports
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and transportation regulations
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on fleet needs
• Handle fleet-related issues and emergency responses
• Monitor fleet performance and recommend improvements
• Support budgeting and cost control for fleet operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fleet Supervisor or Fleet Manager is preferred
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and logistics operations
• Ability to supervise and coordinate fleet activities and drivers
• Experience with vehicle scheduling, route planning, and fuel management
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and repair coordination
• Ability to manage fleet records, documentation, and compliance
• Experience with fleet management software and tracking systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
