We are looking for a passionate Female IT Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive sales of IT solutions and services. Key Responsibilities:
• Sell IT solutions including hardware, software, cloud, and cybersecurity services
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships with businesses in Kuwait
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals consistently
• Present IT solutions and proposals to potential clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products and market trends
• Coordinate with technical teams on solution delivery
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidate only
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales is required
• Strong communication skills in English is essential
• Arabic speaking is a must
• Experience in selling IT solutions, hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services
• Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets
• Valid driving license is preferred
• Previous experience in a fast-growing IT company is preferred
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
