F&B Delivery Platform Company in Kuwait is hiring Delivery Drivers for a full-time commission-based role. This opportunity is ideal for a reliable driver with a valid driving license who wants to earn up to 300-450 KD per month or more based on delivery orders in Kuwait. About the Role: We are a leading food and beverage delivery platform in Kuwait looking for dedicated drivers to join our network. This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary, offering high earning potential based on the number of orders delivered. Company car and maintenance are provided. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver food and beverage orders safely and efficiently to customers
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules punctually
• Maintain company vehicle in clean and working condition
• Ensure timely and accurate order delivery to customers
• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations
• Manage fuel and handle fines independently
• Choose and manage delivery area efficiently
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
• Coordinate with dispatch and support team on issues

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred
• OR Attested Home Country Driving License accepted
• 18 Visa required
• Full-Time commitment with 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work on commission basis without fixed salary
• Ability to handle fuel and fines independently
• Comfortable with no food and no accommodation provided
• Ability to choose and manage delivery area
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
• Good knowledge of Kuwait roads and delivery areas
• Customer service oriented
• Physically fit for delivery work Earnings and Benefits:
• Commission Based: Up to 300-450 KD/month or more
• Commission Rate: 0.750 fils per order
• More Deliveries = Bigger Pay
