Al Wazzan Group is hiring a Facility and Maintenance In-Charge for a full-time position in Kuwait. The role is open to Asian male candidates between 30 and 45 years of age with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will supervise and manage the facility and maintenance team, coordinate daily operational requirements, monitor work quality, and ensure that facilities are maintained safely and efficiently. Strong leadership and commanding ability are essential, along with the ability to manage a large team and handle designated HR-related responsibilities and supporting team administration. Bilingual English and Arabic reading, writing, and speaking skills are required. Candidates must hold a transferable Visa 18 and be immediately available to join.
