About the Company: We are a growing grocery store in Kuwait seeking a dynamic Live Seller to manage real-time customer orders through social media platforms and drive online sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Take customer orders accurately through social media platforms during live selling sessions
• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to prepare orders for driver dispatch
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally to drive sales
• Manage real-time customer interactions and order processing during live sessions
• Build and maintain customer relationships through social media platforms
• Promote grocery products and special offers during live selling sessions
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
• Support inventory management and stock updates for online store
• Contribute to e-commerce growth and digital marketing initiatives Work Schedule:
• 10 hours per day, inclusive of 1-hour break + overtime
• 1 day weekly off

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidate must have transferable visa 18
• Filipino nationality female preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya
• Prior experience in selling e-commerce platforms will be preferred
• Ability to manage real-time customer orders through social media platforms
• Ability to coordinate with the fulfillment team to prepare orders for driver dispatch
• Ability to address customer queries promptly and professionally to drive sales
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with 1 day weekly off
