Delivery Supervisor Jobs in Kuwait

UPS Delivery Co., a leading 3PL delivery and logistics company in Kuwait, is hiring a Delivery Supervisor to manage delivery operations and rider performance. The supervisor will lead and support a large rider team, monitor daily shifts, attendance, and performance, ensure riders complete assigned orders and targets, manage rider zones and operational issues, coordinate with the operations team and delivery platform, and handle rider complaints. The role also includes preparing daily performance reports and ensuring company policies and safety standards are followed. Candidates should have previous delivery or logistics supervision experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets for reporting. Kuwait delivery experience is an advantage, and immediate joiners are preferred.
