This opportunity is ideal for an experienced customer service professional with healthcare experience who wants to lead and develop the customer service team in a modern private rehabilitation hospital in Kuwait. About ARGAN Riaya: ARGAN Riaya is a private rehabilitation hospital located in Salmiya, Block 2, Arabian Gulf Street, Kuwait. We are a modern specialist hospital offering comprehensive rehabilitation and medical services with a multidisciplinary clinical team. We are looking for dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team and provide exceptional patient care and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the customer service team to ensure high standards of patient care
• Oversee patient services and customer relations operations in the hospital
• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams on patient care and service delivery
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Train and mentor customer service staff on hospital standards and protocols
• Monitor and evaluate customer service performance and patient satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary clinical teams
