• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment including autoclaves
• Sterilize and prepare medical instruments and equipment for procedures
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Inspect and test sterilized instruments for quality and safety
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and equipment maintenance
• Manage inventory of sterile supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with surgical and clinical teams on instrument needs
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and hospital standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the CSSD area
• Support emergency sterilization needs as required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Locally available in Kuwait
• Transferable residency required
• Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in CSSD or sterilization services
• Previous experience in a hospital or medical center is preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, autoclave operations, and infection control
• Ability to handle medical instruments and equipment sterilization
• Good organizational and attention to detail skills
