This opportunity is ideal for an experienced control room professional who can monitor and control process operations in a technical environment in Kuwait. About the Role: One of the leading Engineering/Oil & Gas/wastewater treatment companies in Kuwait is looking for Control Room Operators to manage control room operations, monitor process parameters, and ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control process parameters and plant operations from the control room
• Operate SCADA systems and control equipment
• Respond to alarms, faults, and emergency situations promptly
• Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams
• Ensure safety and compliance with operational procedures
• Record and log operational data and incidents accurately
• Support shutdown and startup procedures as required
• Maintain situational awareness and operational focus at all times
• Follow company safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Report abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Control Room Operator in Oil & Gas or wastewater treatment is preferred
• Knowledge of control systems, SCADA, and plant operations
• Ability to monitor and control process parameters
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to respond to alarms and emergency situations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in shifts
