• Prepare cold dishes including salads, appetizers, cold cuts, and garnishes
• Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cold section
• Assist senior chefs with menu preparation and plating
• Manage inventory and ordering for cold section ingredients
• Ensure timely preparation of dishes during service hours
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-cuisine restaurants or catering companies is required
• Strong skills in cold food preparation including salads, appetizers, cold cuts, and garnishes
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards especially for cold storage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen
• Experience with various cuisines and plating techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Candidates currently inside Kuwait only Work Location: Kuwait
