• Supervise and manage construction site operations and activities
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on construction work
• Manage construction teams and labor on site
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for project records
• Support material procurement and resource planning
• Resolve technical issues and challenges during construction

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a civil site engineer in construction projects is required
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction management, site supervision, and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management software is preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
