Civil Engineer Job in Kuwait

Combined Group Contracting Co. (K.S.C.) is hiring a Civil Engineer in Kuwait for oil and gas projects. The role focuses on supervising civil construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with technical teams on site. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced civil engineer with oil and gas construction background. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise excavation, trenching, pipe bedding, backfilling, and pipe support installation
• Monitor civil works for pipeline routes, pipe racks, and foundations
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and procedures
• Verify concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, and structural steel erection
• Conduct site inspections and maintain compliance with KOC standards
• Prepare as-built drawings and civil punch lists
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Support material quality checks and HSE compliance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• KSE membership is mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas site construction
