About Party Chocolate Factory: Party Chocolate Factory is a chocolate production company in Kuwait offering quality chocolate products and confections. We are looking for a dedicated Chocolate Preparation Cook and Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team and support our chocolate production. Key Responsibilities:
• Work in the chocolate preparation kitchen and support daily production tasks
• Prepare chocolate mixtures, fillings, and coatings according to recipes
• Handle chocolate preparation tools and equipment safely
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Follow recipes and production instructions accurately
• Support inventory management of raw materials and ingredients
• Ensure quality control and consistency in chocolate products
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• Coordinate with production team on daily schedules
• Support packaging and finishing of chocolate products

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in chocolate preparation or kitchen assistant role is required
• Must be currently based in Kuwait
• Transferable residency 18 required
• Ability to work in a chocolate preparation kitchen and support daily production tasks
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to handle chocolate preparation tools and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
• Good physical stamina for kitchen work
