We are looking for skilled chefs to join our team. Position: Chapati, Samosa and Pastry Chef Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare different types of chapati, samosa, and related items
• Create a variety of pastries, cakes, and baked goods
• Maintain high standards of food quality and taste consistency
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
• Manage inventory and ordering for chapati, samosa, and pastry ingredients
• Introduce new items and variations to the menu
• Train and guide kitchen assistants as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience preparing different types of chapati, samosa, and pastries is required
• Strong skills in traditional chapati and samosa making techniques
• Pastry making experience including cakes, desserts, and baked goods
• Ability to maintain consistency in taste and quality
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
