• Prepare and cook international breakfast menus to high standards
• Develop innovative breakfast menus and seasonal specials
• Manage breakfast buffet and a la carte service operations
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste consistency
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team
• Manage inventory and stock for breakfast operations
• Handle early morning kitchen operations and prep
• Ensure timely and efficient breakfast service
• Support special events and catering as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be currently in Kuwait
• Transferable 18 Visa required
• Experience in international breakfast menus is essential
• Strong breakfast preparation and menu development skills
• Knowledge of buffet and a la carte breakfast concepts
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts and manage breakfast operations
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Creative and innovative in breakfast menu presentation
