A coffee and bakery shop in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is hiring a Branch Manager for a full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced retail manager with at least two years of branch management experience who wants to lead a coffee and bakery team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and motivate the team including cashiers, baristas, and order preparers
• Handle sales targets, revenue goals, and financial reporting
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and waste control
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation standards
• Support marketing and promotional activities at the branch
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Report to senior management on branch performance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Saudi nationals preferred
• At least two years of experience in branch management or retail management
• Tact and excellent customer service skills

• Previous experience in coffee or bakery field is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
