• Prepare high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, latte art, and specialty drinks
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming cafe atmosphere
• Maintain coffee equipment and ensure hygiene standards
• Take orders accurately and handle cash register operations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced cafe environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same field as a barista is required
• Candidates currently based in Kuwait only is required
• Transferable residency is required
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques including espresso, latte art, and specialty drinks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Good understanding of coffee equipment maintenance and hygiene standards
