Assistant Storekeeper Jobs in Kuwait City

An exciting opportunity is available in the Supply Chain and Warehouse Department of Kout Food Group for an Assistant Storekeeper in Kuwait City. This role is responsible for inventory storage, stock control, and distribution operations across food brands while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with food safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels across multiple food brands and franchises
• Conduct daily stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and expired stock and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with buyers and QC departments regarding damaged or short-landed materials
• Support procurement and restaurant teams with timely stock replenishment
• Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods according to company standards
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with FIFO and FEFO practices
• Maintain accurate inventory records and timely ERP or system updates
• Prepare inventory, consumption, and spoilage reports for management review
• Supervise and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or storekeeping operations, preferably in FMCG or food industry
• Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO and FEFO practices
• Familiarity with ERP systems and stock management processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
