Assistant Restaurant Manager Jobs in Kuwait

SWISH Group is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its hospitality team in Kuwait. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support daily operations, coordinate shifts, assist with team supervision, maintain service quality, and help ensure the restaurant delivers an excellent guest experience. Candidates should currently be inside Kuwait and have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience. Previous experience in QSR or casual dining concepts is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, organization, customer service, and people-management skills are important for this role.
