Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Kuwait to support beverage operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional who can lead area managers, monitor store performance, support technical setups, and help maintain high service standards across the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support Area Managers while promoting structured career development
• Monitor store conditions, service standards, and performance metrics
• Ensure adherence to global beverage operational standards
• Coordinate technical setups, including POS and Symphony systems, to ensure timely execution
• Support the implementation of loyalty programs and operational initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-unit beverage operations
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and Symphony coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to respectful and professional workplace conduct
• Valid driving license and private car
