• Develop and manage corporate relations and business partnerships
• Build and maintain strong networks with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, and healthcare providers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and healthcare growth initiatives
• Manage corporate accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements
• Coordinate with internal departments on business development projects
• Represent the hospital at corporate events and healthcare forums
• Support strategic planning and market expansion efforts
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital business development, corporate relations, or healthcare engagement within Oman
• Strong network with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders
• Experience in corporate partnerships, business development, account management, and healthcare growth initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
• Preference will be given to Omani nationals
