We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our fashion retail operations across multiple stores in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets across multiple stores
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor store performance through KPIs, sales analysis, profitability, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines
• Coordinate store openings, promotional campaigns, and operational initiatives
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion retail industry is required, with experience managing multiple stores
• Dynamic, results-oriented, and commercially focused
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business needs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and drive performance improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
• Fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken is required
• Arab nationals preferred
