We are expanding our team in Jeddah and looking for 5 talented Application Operators to join us. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, deploy, and maintain software applications and systems
• Ensure application availability, performance, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and incidents
• Coordinate with development teams on application releases and updates
• Manage application configurations and environment settings
• Monitor system logs and application metrics proactively
• Support software lifecycle and release management processes
• Document operational procedures and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with IT operations and security policies
• Support continuous improvement in application operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application operations or software operations
• Experience in application monitoring, deployment, and maintenance
• Knowledge of IT operations and system administration
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Good understanding of software lifecycle and release management
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization is preferred
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts if required
