Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for management
• Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using computer systems
• Maintain accurate filing systems and archives
• Type and process documents efficiently and accurately
• Communicate effectively in English with clients and colleagues
• Drive to offices and meetings as required
• Support administrative and office management tasks
• Coordinate between departments and external parties
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
• University degree holder
• Full computer literacy, typing, and archiving skills
• Proficient in English language
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license
• Candidates must be currently inside Kuwait only
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and neat appearance
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
