A reputable company in the UAE is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, ensure smooth communication, and maintain efficient office procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence professionally
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Support different departments with administrative tasks
• Organize and maintain records, both digital and physical
• Greet visitors and provide basic assistance when required
Requirements & Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage)
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
