We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team in Salmiya. You will be responsible for coordinating daily administrative and office operations and supporting management with operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative and office operations
• Manage correspondence, filing systems, and company records
• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office coordination is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure is required
• Excellent record-keeping and document management skills are required
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred Work Location: Salmiya, Kuwait
