About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated, proactive, organized, and multitasking Admin and HR professional to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office administration and managing HR-related activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate schedules
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain company records
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
• Support other HR-related activities as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Administration and HR is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required
• Fluent in spoken and written English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
