Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
• Follow up with customers and suppliers on payments and invoices
• Prepare financial reports and financial analysis for management
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and clinic policies
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in financial matters
• Coordinate with management on financial and operational matters
Requirements & Qualifications
• Practical experience of no less than 3 years is required
• Previous experience in the health sector or medical centers and clinics is preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, is required
• Ability to prepare daily entries and bank reconciliations is required
• Ability to follow up with customers and suppliers is required
• Proficiency in preparing financial reports and financial analysis is required
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
