1. Sales & Business Development Engineer Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: 3–5 years in industrial sales, business development, or engineering (preferably in Oil & Gas, Power) Skills: Fluent in English, Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems, Knowledge of tendering, pre-qualification, and EPC industry practices, Familiarity with industrial fabrication, steel structures, or piping is a plus, Valid Kuwait driving license, Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently and in a team. 2.
