• Experience: 10 years
• Skills: I. Senior HVAC Engineer:  Minimum 10-15 years of Experience required  Experienced in KOC, KNPC or any other Oil & Gas refinery will be advantage  KSE will be advantage. Expertise in the below following required: • Site execution works of Chillers, AHU’s, DX package Unit, Chilled water pumps, Dust separator, bleed pump, chemical filters, duct work. • Knowledge on Testing and Commissioning of all the HVAC units • HVAC & Pressurization system description, basis of design and technical specifications Ducting, piping, Equipment layout etc. • Cooling and Heating Load Calculations. • Schematic and Air/ water Flow diagrams. • Static Pressure calculations • HVAC and Pressurization control and logic schematics and sequence of operation. • Preparation BOQ and project Budget. II. Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer:  Minimum 10-15 years of Experience required.  Experienced in KOC, KNPC or any other Oil & Gas refinery will be advantage.  KSE will be advantage. Expertise in the below following required: • Power & Control Wiring: Design and supervise power and control wiring for all HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, Exhaust Fans, etc.) • Instrumentation & Control: Design, install, and configure control devices and instruments for HVAC and pressurization systems. • Interlock Logic: Develop interlock logic with fire alarm and gas detection systems as per cause & effect diagrams. • Panel & Cable Installation: Design and install HVAC DBs, MCCs, control panels, cable trays, conduits, and grounding systems. • Testing & Calibration: Knowledge on Calibrate and test sensors, transmitters, actuators, and ensure control system functionality. III. Senior E & I Supervisor  Minimum 10-15 years of field experience required.  Experienced in KOC, KNPC or any other Oil & Gas refinery will be advantage.  ITI/Diploma qualification. Senior E&I Technician  Minimum 10-15 years of Experience required  Experienced in KOC, KNPC or any other Oil & Gas refinery will be advantage  ITI/Diploma/Trade certificate qualification. Expertise in the below following required: • Site execution works of Electrical, Instrumentation and Control works for Chillers, AHU’s, DX package Unit, Chilled water pumps, Dust separator, bleed pump, chemical filters, ducting work etc. • Installation & connection of power panel, control panel, DB, cable tray, conduit, cable laying and termination etc.
