The M365 Core Design team is hiring a Senior Voice Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered user experiences through Microsoft Copilot Chat. This role focuses on building multimodal UX (voice, screen, and vision) across platforms like Windows, Web, and Mobile. You’ll contribute to crafting conversational experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and delightful, working in close collaboration with LLM engineers and product teams.
Requirements
- Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Experience: 4 years
- Skills: Deep understanding of speech UX constraints, prompt engineering, and LLM behavior Experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, Alexa, Google Assistant, or similar AI tools Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or HCI
