Requirements

• Qualifications: • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Engineering, or a related field. ( 03 to 06 yrs. of GCC Experience is must )
• Experience: 3 years
• Skills: (GCC Experience Minimum 03 yrs.) in Building Projects. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating principles. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Assist in preparing preliminary estimates and budgets for construction projects. • Gather and analyze data to support the preparation of cost estimates. • Help in developing detailed cost plans and financial reports. • Measure and quantify construction work using standard methods. • Monitor and track contract variations and changes. • Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and other tender documents. • Conduct on-site measurements and valuations to verify the quantities of completed work. • Monitor project expenditures and ensure that they align with the budget. • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost control measures. • Prepare and submit regular financial reports on project costs and progress. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial and contractual documents. • Prepare and submit reports on project costs, progress, and any financial issues. • Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant standards and regulations. • Work closely with the project team, including engineers, Clients, and Sub contractors. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on financial and contractual matters. • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to cost and contract management. • Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
