Concrete Supervisor

Requirements

• Qualifications: • High school diploma / Graduation in any extreme or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 years
• Skills: • 06 to 08 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 06 yrs.) in Hospital Building Projects • In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, and placement techniques. • Plan and schedule concrete works in collaboration with the project manager and other supervisors. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure the timely delivery and placement of concrete. • Review project plans, Drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements. • Monitor the quality of concrete, including mix design, workability, strength, and finish. • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure that concrete meets project specifications and standards. • Address and resolve any quality issues or non-conformances related to concrete works. • Supervise and direct concrete crews, providing guidance and instructions on work procedures and best practices. • Ensure that all personnel are trained in safety protocols and quality standards related to concrete work. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to crew members • Maintain accurate records of concrete pours, including quantities, mix designs, and test results. • Prepare and submit daily reports on progress, issues, and work completed. • Document any changes or deviations from the project plans and communicate them to the project team.
