- Skills: Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, calls). Draft office communications, prepare reports/presentations. Route mail to appropriate departments. Monitor and renew visas, gate passes, and related documents. Assist with daily office administration. Prepare and follow up on quotations. Compile weekly/monthly RFQ & purchase order status reports. Maintain supplier and client database.
