- Skills: Coordinate with Fleet department for equipment delivery to clients. Prepare and submit documents for gate pass access to KNPC/KOC premises. Maintain office procedures and track reports, databases, and staff requests. Provide administrative and clerical support. Implement and manage filing systems for reports, policies, and correspondence. Update company databases and filing systems. Assist in preparing scheduled reports. Handle confidential information professionally. Support other administrative staff and assist in projects. Experience in admin roles within Fleet and Equipment Rental/Contracting. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Bachelor’s degree. Must be in Kuwait with valid Visa 18 and eligible for local transfer.
