🌟 Role Summary: Seeking a talented and experienced chef with expertise in both Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. Must uphold high standards in food quality, hygiene, and consistency. 🍽️ Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Mediterranean dishes (Greek, Turkish, Italian-influenced), Cook Middle Eastern specialties: grills, kebabs, shawarma, hummus, falafel, rice dishes, Innovate new menu items and maintain recipe standards, Ensure consistent taste and presentation, Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety, Train and guide kitchen assistants as needed.
